Warranty & Returns Policy 

This policy applies to Enkidu Light products purchased directly from enkidulight.com or from an authorized Enkidu reseller (unless the reseller provides separate written terms).

  • Apollo II

  • Lyra

  • Vega

Vibroacoustic Bed

  • VibroSync II


Warranty coverage

1) Lamps (Apollo II, Luna II, Lyra, Vega)

Warranty period: 5 years from the date of delivery.

Covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal, intended use.

2) Lamp power adapter

Warranty period: 2 years from the date of delivery.

Covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal, intended use.

3) VibroSync II bed (bed frame / transducers / built-in components)

Warranty period: 1 year from the date of delivery.

Covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal, intended use.

4) Bed amplifier + amplifier power adapter

Warranty period: 1 year from the date of delivery.

Covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal, intended use.

 


What we will do under warranty

If a defect covered by this warranty occurs during the warranty period, Enkidu Light will, at its option:

  • Repair the product, or

  • Replace the defective part/product with the same or an equivalent model.

Repaired or replaced items may be new or refurbished and will be tested for proper function.

 


What is not covered

This warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and cosmetic issues (scratches, dents, discoloration, fabric wear, etc.)

  • Damage caused by misuse, accidents, drops, liquid exposure, improper storage, or neglect

  • Damage from incorrect power, unsuitable adapters, unstable voltage, or improper cables

  • Unauthorized modifications, repairs, or opening the electronics enclosure

  • Use outside intended purpose, or in conditions that exceed recommended temperature/humidity

  • Shipping damage caused by insufficient packaging during a customer-initiated return

  • Issues caused by third-party devices or software (phones, tablets, music apps/players, DACs, Bluetooth transmitters, etc.)


Customer responsibilities

To keep your product safe and ensure warranty coverage:

  • Use only recommended power supplies/adapters and avoid unstable power sources.

  • Keep electronics away from moisture, heat, and dust.

  • Do not attempt internal repairs or modifications without written approval.

  • Follow setup and safety guidance in the user guide.


Returns policy (30 days)

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery if:

A) Not as described / not meeting expectations
  • The product is not as described on our website (specifications, included items, or key features), or

  • The performance does not meet reasonable expectations compared to other brands in the same category, when used under normal conditions and following our setup guidance.

B) Not a good fit

If the product isn’t a good fit for you for any reason, you may request a return within 30 days.

Return requirements (kept simple)

  • Contact us within 30 days of delivery and tell us which product you purchased and that you’d like to return it.

  • Return the item in good condition, with all accessories included, and packaged securely.

Shipping & refunds

  • Return shipping: usually paid by the customer (unless there is confirmed shipping damage or a confirmed defect).

  • Refund: after we receive and inspect the return, we refund the product price.

  • Original shipping fees, import taxes, VAT, and customs/brokerage charges are non-refundable.

Returns may be refused if the product is returned with missing parts, physical damage, or packed in a way that causes damage during return shipping.


Shipping & service logistics

  • We may offer remote troubleshooting and/or replacement parts to avoid costly shipping whenever possible (especially for VibroSync II).

  • If a return/repair is required, we will provide instructions and the correct return address.

Customs duties/taxes: Any import duties, VAT, or brokerage fees are the customer’s responsibility and are not covered by warranty or returns.

 


How to make a warranty claim or request a return

Please use the website Contact Form and include:

  1. Full name + order number (or proof of purchase)

  2. Product model (Apollo II / Luna II / Lyra / Vega / VibroSync II)

  3. Description of the issue (or reason for return)

  4. Photos and/or a short video (only if available—helpful but not always required)

  5. Shipping address and phone number for the courier (if a return is approved)


Returns without authorization

Please do not ship a product back without written authorization and return instructions. Unapproved returns may be refused or delayed.

 


Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Enkidu Light is not liable for indirect or consequential damages (loss of use, loss of income, etc.). This policy gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary by country.

We may update this policy from time to time. The version in effect at the time of purchase applies unless required otherwise by law.
