Return policy:
- In case of any damage during the shipment or any malfunction with the product during the first month after receiving the product, the buyer can return the product to us and get a new replacement package.
Warranty:
- The light machine (including the lamp) is warranted for three years.
- The AC adaptor is warranted for two years.
- Other parts of the package such as cables and the case are not included in the warranty agreement.
- In case any of the hardware components become defective during the hardware warranty period, we either send a replacement part and assist you online or request the return of the product to Thailand for repair services.
