These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of enkidulight.com and any purchase of products from Enkidu Light (“Enkidu,” “we,” “us,” “our”). By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1) About Enkidu Light

Enkidu Light designs and builds multisensory wellness products, including hypnagogic lamps (Apollo II, Luna II, Lyra, Vega) and vibroacoustic systems (VibroSync II).

We do not mass-produce. Enkidu products are made in small production runs, and many items are made-to-order. Products are designed and assembled in Thailand.

2) Eligibility & intended use

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase from this website (or have permission from a legal guardian).

Our products are intended for wellness, relaxation, meditation, and personal development use. They are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

3) Safety notice

Our products use bright light stimulation and/or vibration and may not be suitable for everyone.

You agree to use the products responsibly and follow the user guide and safety guidance. If you have a medical condition (including a history of seizures, photosensitivity, or other neurological conditions), are pregnant, or are under medical care, consult a qualified professional before using the products.

Stop using the product immediately if you feel unwell.

4) Orders

4.1 Placing an order

Orders may be placed through the website or by contacting us through the contact form or email, depending on product availability, destination, and payment method.

4.2 Made-to-order / small-batch production

Because we produce in small batches and many products are made-to-order:

• Production and dispatch times may vary.

• Minor variations in finish, materials, and assembly may occur and are considered normal.

• We may confirm an estimated build/dispatch window after the order is placed.

4.3 Order confirmation

An order is considered accepted when we confirm it in writing (email/message) and/or when payment is received (depending on the arrangement). We may refuse or cancel an order if:

• payment cannot be confirmed,

• the shipping address cannot be serviced,

• the product is unavailable, or

• we suspect fraud or unauthorized activity.

5) Pricing & payment

Prices are listed in the currency shown on the website and may change at any time. Prices do not include shipping, customs duties, VAT, or import taxes unless explicitly stated.

Payment methods may include bank transfer, card payments, PayPal, or other options shown/confirmed during checkout or invoice. You are responsible for any payment fees charged by banks or payment processors.

6) Shipping, delivery, and risk of loss

6.1 Shipping

Shipping costs, carrier, and estimated delivery time are communicated during checkout or in the invoice/confirmation.

6.2 Delivery times

Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Delays can occur due to customs, carrier disruptions, holidays, weather, or other factors outside our control.

6.3 Risk of loss

Unless otherwise required by law, risk of loss transfers to you when the shipment is handed to the carrier.

6.4 Customs & import taxes

You are responsible for any import duties, VAT, brokerage fees, and local taxes required by your country.

7) Returns & warranty

Returns and warranty are governed by our Warranty & Returns Policy on the website. That policy is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

8) Product use, setup, and compatibility

Products may require compatible third-party devices (phones, tablets, computers, audio players, cables, adapters, etc.). We are not responsible for third-party device limitations, software compatibility, or issues caused by non-recommended accessories.

You are responsible for ensuring safe placement and use, including proper distance/brightness for lamps and safe vibration levels for beds.

9) Intellectual property

All content on this website (text, images, videos, logos, product names, manuals, session packs, and other materials) is owned by or licensed to Enkidu Light and protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or resell our content without written permission.

10) User content (reviews, messages, media)

If you submit testimonials, reviews, photos, videos, or other content to us, you grant Enkidu Light a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display that content for marketing and informational purposes, unless you explicitly request otherwise in writing.

You confirm you have the rights to share what you submit.

11) Privacy

Your use of our website is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We collect and process personal data as described there.

12) Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• The website and products are provided “as is” and “as available.”

• We do not guarantee specific outcomes, experiences, or results from using the products.

• Individual experiences vary based on environment, settings, physiology, and other factors.

13) Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Enkidu Light is not liable for:

• indirect or consequential damages (loss of use, loss of income, loss of data, etc.),

• issues arising from misuse, failure to follow instructions, or use with incompatible equipment,

• delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control (force majeure).

Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product that gave rise to the claim, unless required otherwise by law.

14) Force majeure

We are not responsible for delays or inability to perform due to events beyond our control, including carrier disruptions, customs delays, supply shortages, natural disasters, pandemics, war, government actions, power/internet outages, or labor disputes.

15) Changes to products and services

We may update product specifications, pricing, packaging, or website content at any time. Because products may be built in small batches or made-to-order, some components or finishes may change slightly over time. We will not change the essential function of an already confirmed order without your consent.

16) Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Thailand, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Where required by consumer protection laws in your country, those mandatory rights remain unaffected.
