How to Order

Enkidu Light products are built and shipped from Chiang Mai, Thailand. To place an order, simply contact us and we’ll guide you through the quickest option based on your country.

Steps:

  1. Send your request (product name + quantity + your country/city).

  2. We confirm availability / build time and answer any setup questions.

  3. You receive a shipping quote and total price.

  4. Once payment is confirmed, we prepare, test, and pack your unit.

  5. We ship and send you the tracking number.

What to include in your message

  • Product: Apollo / Luna / VibroSync (and any bundle/accessories)

  • Delivery country + postal code

  • Phone number (required by couriers for delivery updates)

  • If you want a hard case packaging option

Shipping Method

Carrier: We typically ship internationally with DHL Express (fast, reliable tracking).

Tracking: You’ll receive a tracking link as soon as the shipment is booked.

Packaging: Your unit is packed securely for international transport (and we can package everything inside a hard case with custom sections, if you prefer).

Customs & import fees

  • Import duties/taxes may apply depending on your country.

  • The courier may contact you for customs clearance (ID, tax number, etc.). We’ll support you if anything is requested.
